SUMMER

Well i really feel like summer is finally here! It is HOT and HUMID out today. i went for a run after work and i was just trenched in sweat. ughhh! Not too much going on here. I am just over at the short's checking up on the house--all look good here. I have tomorrow off of work, not too sure what i am going to do, might work on yard or maybe on my tan :) i am getting very excited to go to the beach, it is going to be here so soon!

well this was short, but i thougt i would write something so Tracy can stop yelling at me about it. LOL.

Hello! I am on my second day off in a row--woo hoo! i will be sad to go back to work, if i could only stay home and play in my yard all day! OH WELL. This morning i had an appointment with Dr. Crane. It went OK, i have to go back in June for a sonogram on my ovary, same thing as last year, he thinks the fibroid might gave gotten bigger. who knows.

I went over to Shannon's for lunch. Little Haydon is very cute, he is a little peanut. he didn't do much but sleep when i was there but i guess since he is just 2 weeks old that is OK :)

Not too much else is going on right now. I am getting very excited to go to FL. My time off hasn't been approved so i am a little nervous about that, but hopefully it will all turn out OK!!! i don't want to stress out about it.

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY

hAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ALL OF THE MOM'S! I AM AT WORK TODAY AND IT IS JUST AWFUL OUTSIDE, WINDY RAINY AND COLD--YUCK.

NOT TOO MUCH ELSE IS GOING ON. WENT TO JEFF'S SISTERS GRAD PARTY ON FRIDAY NIGHT, IT WAS FUN TO MEET HIS 2 NIECES, THEY ARE VERY SWEET-SAM AND HANNAH. I WORKED YESTERDAY AND THEN JEFF AND I WENT TO DINNER. I AM AT WORK AGAIN TODAY AND TOMORROW AND THEN HAVE TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY OFF--WOO HOO!

PLANTED SOME PETUNIA'S YESTERDAY. THEY ARE A MIX OD PURPLES, I HOPE THEY LOOK OK WHEN THEY START TO GROW OUT, THEY LOOK KIND OF MESSY RIGHT NOW.

OMG i can totally get on this from work! woo hoo! not sure why but oh well! so it is wednesday and i have to close tonight. YUCK. oh well it is rainy out anyway. i do have tomorrow off and it is supposed to rain and then clear up.

Shannon had her baby!

shannon had her baby Wednesday morning after about 44 hours of labor! YUCK! they finally ended up doing a C-Section. I went to go see her tonight and the baby is adorable--John Haydon Hawksworth. They finally decided on a name tonight--she was convinced it was a girl so they hadn't really decided on a boys name. Anyway here are 2 pics of him. I am going to take dinner over there sometime next week, so hopefully i will have some more pics soon.

Not too much else is going on here. I am happy that April is over!!! A whole new month is here!!! Today is May Day!! I didn't receive any flowers at my door--LOL, that used to be so fun to do, i remember doing it to Vickie Asherst.

2 days in a row off

I am on my second day in a row off--woo hoo! yesterday was a beautiful day! i got a lot done in my yard. i got a new flower planted and a lot of creeping charlie pulled! that darn creeping charlie is everywhere in my side garden!!! ughhh! Jeff was out in about in his yard too! he got a ugly bush cut down and is cutting down another one today. He also found time to blow the dust leaves and stuff out of my garage--that is what he is doing in the pic in case you were wondering-LOL. Deuce was over for awhile too. He got in trouble b/c he ran in the back and got burrs all over his fur--poor guy. It was kind of my fault b/c i took him in my backyard--i took full responsibility!!!

ok i have to mow today--NOOOOOOO! i hate mowing. And as beautiful as it is outside i have some cleaning to do inside as well. Might try to get a run/walk in later too!!

SPRING

Okay Okay i am posting

O=alright i am posting somthing! it has OBVIOUSLY been a long time since i have posted anything to my blog. I have a hard time getting to a computer and i guess i have just been a busy little bee. Not too much going on right now. i am over at Jeffs and he is playing some playstation game, so i thought that i would come in and update.

I went to Shannon Underwoods baby shower today. She is getting big and is very ready to have the little baby. She is on moderate bed rest b/c of her blood pressure. She is almost 35 weeks and the baby weights 6.5 lbs! YIKES! She looks good though and is very excited.

I am really hoping that this cold weather doesn't hurt my flowers that are starting to pop up. i think that it is supposed to warm up later in the week. My next day off is thursday, maybe i can work outside if it is nice out.

Ok i am going to try and put some pics on here, i bought a card reader and have it plugged into the USB, so i guess we will see. Some are from St Pattys day and some are from a WIU reunion I went to last weekend, it was here in p-town, some of my DZ freinds were in town, it was fun.

Not really a weekend off of work

This weekend turned out to be not really a weekend off of work! i got called in yesterday. i guess i could have said no but i didn't--oh well it is over now and i will have some OT on my check.

Went out to dinner with Lisa and Rob last night. we went to Kellehers and it was yummy! we went out for a little while after that. Today i am hanging out at the Shorts. I brought over oatmeal chocolate chip cookies to make. i gave up chocolate for lent so i thought i would make them today since it is sunday. they were VERY good!

i have to work tomorrow but have Tuesday off.

Went to a spinning class yesterday then to a powerflex class. my butt is SO sore from the powerflex class. we did so many lunges and squats that i thoguht i was going to fall over! my legs were burning SO badly. i guess that is the point though. I am going tomorrow, i need to kick it into HIGH gear!

Hello everyone-i have the weekend off! woo hoo! i can't wait! i am going to sleep in and basically do nothing. Well that isn't true. i am going to get up and go to spinning and powerflex and i have a lot of cleaning to do, mainly in my kitchen. it is just cold down there nad i hate going down there in the winter, burries! i will get it done tomorrow.

nothing else going on this weekend, i think ia m going out tomorrow night with Lisa and Rob, so that should be fun.

Karyn and i were supposed to eat sushi tongight but dumb Sushi Gawa doesn't have carryout on Friday for dinner--we are guessing that it is b/c of lent but still annoying.

Ok i will probably update again this weekend--shocking i know!

Cold Sunday

Ok i am having tons of fun adding stuff to my blog today!!! i love the fun extras that you can put on here.

It is very cold here today! i plan on staying inside where it is nice and toasty!

I worked most of this weekend. we were very busy yesterday--i was wiped out when the day was over.

Bloated aftermath

Last night was lots of fun and i ate a ton--i am now paying for it! We had Pesto Pizza, my dip and veggies and dip. We drank pomegrante martini's. that is how the gals do super bowl sunday :) it was fun.

i have today off and i love it. i got up and went to spinning. it was a good class, i was going to stay for powerflex but hadn't eaten breakfast and i was hungry so i went home and ate. i have been cleaning all day, just lots of stuff to get rid of!

I am almost done with the book Eat Pray Love. I really like it. It is a lot about self refection and i think that is very cool. maybe i will finish it today.

I am not voting in the primary tomorrow. I just don't know how i feel about any of the candidates, i don't want to vote just to vote, i want it to mean something. I guess i will just see who gets the noms and then do my research before November. Ugh i hate election years!

ok i am going to check on a few more things then head back home.

SUPERBOWL SUNDAY

Ok there is really only one reason that i get excited for this day, it is b/c of all the YUMMY food! My friend Leslie is having a party and we are all bringing something, i think i will bring the famous taco dip--it is just so yummy. I have a feeling i will pig out today--oh well i will give myself the day to do that.

Went to church this morning, Saw Rick, Annabelle and Alan there, they didn't see me, i am sure the kids were deep in prayer :)

ok i have to go buy the ingredints for the dip. talk to you all later.

day off

Hello everyone! thanks for all the words of encouragement from my bad day, the issue at work got resloved and i am feeling much better. I have today and i am loving it. i went over to Step Back in Time to get my chandlier and mom got me a bench from there for my bday, so i picked that up too, that is what the pic is of. i took it while it was still at the store, but i do have it at home now and it looks very cute!

I met Lisa for lunch. We went to the Spotted Cow-it was of course yummy. i did not get fries and that is a HUGE deal for me there b/c i LOVE Frank's fries. I am over at the Shorts now and i am going to start my taxes. I am still waiting on a few things but i figure i can get going on them anyway.

weekend off

i have the weekend off-woohoo! i am so happy, it is about time. I am not doing too much, i REALLY need to clean. oh i am going to Step Back in Time to get my chandelier--i am very excited to get it.

Came over to Karyns last night after work, she had some left over sushi that was very yummy! never thought i would really like sushi but i do like some kinds. yesterday at work was a bad day so i am very happy to have the weekend off!!!!! I am going out tonight with some friends, so that sholud be pretty fun.

ok i need to get home and get some stuff done.

its been awhile

i know it has been awhile since i have posted anything! one of these days i will have a real live computer in my house! i can't wait, in the meantime i have to rely on the library and the shorts. haha.

nothing too much is going on, work has been going well so that is good. i am doing pretty well so far this month, but as any sales person would say, it can ALWAYS be better! hopefully i will be at 100% by the end of the month, we'll see i guess.

i hope that you all like my new background, i thought it was cool!!!!
