Shannon had her baby!

shannon had her baby Wednesday morning after about 44 hours of labor! YUCK! they finally ended up doing a C-Section. I went to go see her tonight and the baby is adorable--John Haydon Hawksworth. They finally decided on a name tonight--she was convinced it was a girl so they hadn't really decided on a boys name. Anyway here are 2 pics of him. I am going to take dinner over there sometime next week, so hopefully i will have some more pics soon.

Not too much else is going on here. I am happy that April is over!!! A whole new month is here!!! Today is May Day!! I didn't receive any flowers at my door--LOL, that used to be so fun to do, i remember doing it to Vickie Asherst.

2 days in a row off

I am on my second day in a row off--woo hoo! yesterday was a beautiful day! i got a lot done in my yard. i got a new flower planted and a lot of creeping charlie pulled! that darn creeping charlie is everywhere in my side garden!!! ughhh! Jeff was out in about in his yard too! he got a ugly bush cut down and is cutting down another one today. He also found time to blow the dust leaves and stuff out of my garage--that is what he is doing in the pic in case you were wondering-LOL. Deuce was over for awhile too. He got in trouble b/c he ran in the back and got burrs all over his fur--poor guy. It was kind of my fault b/c i took him in my backyard--i took full responsibility!!!

ok i have to mow today--NOOOOOOO! i hate mowing. And as beautiful as it is outside i have some cleaning to do inside as well. Might try to get a run/walk in later too!!

SPRING

Okay Okay i am posting

O=alright i am posting somthing! it has OBVIOUSLY been a long time since i have posted anything to my blog. I have a hard time getting to a computer and i guess i have just been a busy little bee. Not too much going on right now. i am over at Jeffs and he is playing some playstation game, so i thought that i would come in and update.

I went to Shannon Underwoods baby shower today. She is getting big and is very ready to have the little baby. She is on moderate bed rest b/c of her blood pressure. She is almost 35 weeks and the baby weights 6.5 lbs! YIKES! She looks good though and is very excited.

I am really hoping that this cold weather doesn't hurt my flowers that are starting to pop up. i think that it is supposed to warm up later in the week. My next day off is thursday, maybe i can work outside if it is nice out.

Ok i am going to try and put some pics on here, i bought a card reader and have it plugged into the USB, so i guess we will see. Some are from St Pattys day and some are from a WIU reunion I went to last weekend, it was here in p-town, some of my DZ freinds were in town, it was fun.
